Privacy policy
EtherCorps is a solo software studio run by Shivam Meena, based in India and working with clients worldwide. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you contact us — through the form or by email — we receive what you send: your name, email, company, and the details of your project. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who isn't part of delivering your project.
Where it lives
Correspondence lives in our email and project tooling. Client code and data live wherever your engagement agreement specifies — usually your own cloud and repositories. We keep access to the minimum we need, for the time we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ethercorps.io and we'll act on it promptly. If a request is covered by GDPR or a similar regime, we'll honour it on that basis.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. For anything not covered here, just ask — hello@ethercorps.io.
We take on a small number of projects at a time.
Tell us what you're building and where it hurts. We'll say honestly whether we're the right team for it.
